She sent us a list to review with the total rundown on each house. We set appts to look at some and she took us to see every house we were interested in and in June and July heat. It was several houses and she helped us start to finish. We found a property we wanted that was older, but had two houses and several outbuildings. She got all the inspections set up, roof, foundation, plumbing, septic, and got it surveyed too! She kept in total contact with the seller, us, and title company.
